About This Product

  • A custom QR code display stand that encodes your WiFi credentials — guests scan it and connect instantly, no password typing required.
  • Before anything is printed, I generate the code and send it to you to scan and verify on your own device first.
  • Your WiFi password is never sent to me and never stored — I only need your network name (SSID) and security type.
  • Available in tabletop and wall-mounted variants, in your choice of two colors.

Mounting Options

Tabletop
QR plate + base. Clean flat back — sits on any surface. No wall mount slot.
Wall Mount
QR plate + 3M velcro strip included. No base — mounts flush to the wall. Strip is included.
Mix & Match 1
QR plate + base + slot for 3M strip. Strip not included — bring your own. Can be used as tabletop or wall mounted.
Mix & Match 2 +$2
QR plate + base + slot for 3M strip with strip included. Best of both worlds — tabletop or wall mount, ready to go.

All options are the same base price except Mix & Match 2, which adds $2 for the included strips.

Most of the effort goes into the setup — generating and verifying the QR code — so additional stands after the first two are much cheaper.

Add-Ons

NFC Tag — +$5 each: I can embed an NFC tag into the stand so phones can tap to connect in addition to scanning the QR code. I'll pre-program it for you, but it won't be locked — you can rewrite it yourself any time if you want. Adding one requires manually inserting the tag during the print, so it requires a little babysitting.

Customization

  • Choose two colors — one for the QR code and symbols, one for the background.
  • Choose a symbol to appear on the stand (optional).
  • Add custom text — a label, your network name, or anything else that fits (optional).

The Process

  1. 1
    Email me your WiFi network name (SSID) and your password security type (WPA2, WPA3, etc.). Do not send your actual password — I only need the security type to generate a valid QR code structure.
  2. 2
    I generate the QR code and send you an image file to test. Scan it with your phone and confirm it connects before anything is printed.
  3. 3
    Once you confirm it works, I print your stand in your chosen colors, style, and mounting option.
Note on privacy: I do not store your WiFi credentials. The QR code is generated, sent to you for verification, and that's it.
